“Enjoyed our stay very much. I can definitely see it being our home away from home. Wish I could afford to do it more often. We took our paddles boards and had a awesome time. Next time hubby will bring his fishing rods. Only suggestion would be a small lamp upstairs to be able to turn on if you wake early before everyone else lol. Whoever designed and decorated the place did an amazing job. Both inside and out. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us.”

“Everything was great. . Path down to boat house little scary, rocky and no side rails. Older guests and little children should be monitored. Fishing was great using minnows, no crappie caught but numerous bass including a 2 1/2 lb and a 6lb. Everything else, comfort, peaceful surroundings and accommodations were excellent.”

“This was a great place to spend a long weekend. The cabin was very nice and was stocked with many of the things you might forget to bring. It was quiet and private but not too far from neighbors. I really loved spending time on the boat dock and in the boat house! My only other feedback is the place seemed perfect for two people plus a dog but was fairly small. There are also lots of stairs to get in and out of the property and to the boat dock, but they were not a problem. I would stay here again!”

“This home was perfect for our work trip to Fort Worth. It’s conveniently located near TCU in a quiet residential neighborhood, with a grocery store within walking distance. The house was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for an extended stay. The owners were generous, communicative, and responsive throughout our visit. “We rented the property to move our daughter into TCU. We were impressed from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is very nice. The house has nice landscaping that is well maintained. The house was very clean and well furnished. It is listed as a two bedroom plus office. The office is one of the largest rooms in the house and has a pull-out bed and a desk area, and also has doors to close it off from the other rooms. The kitchen was large and well equipped with everything we needed. Even a fully stocked coffee bar. The laundry room cam in handy as we prepared items for the dorm. The house has a large yard with a patio seating area and a fire pit in the middle of the yard. String lights provide the perfect amount of light and charm to the yard. Host was great with Communications and made sure we had everything we needed. We are looking forward to staying here again for it’s great location close to TCU, stores and restaurants.”
